Requirements

  •  This Submittable Application Form
  • Recommendation Forms - one to three letters from non-familial sources, such as a supervisor, previous employer, or teacher. Recommendation forms must be submitted within two weeks of applicant submitting application. If your recommendation form is not submitted within two weeks, your application will not be considered.
  • Personal Narrative: Your personal narrative is an important part of your application and carries significant weight in the trustees' scoring process. This is your opportunity to share your story and why you are passionate about becoming a diesel technician or pursuing a CDL. It's how the trustees get to know who you are, what drives you and why this career path is meaningful to you.
  • Once your application is submitted, all supporting documents—including letters of recommendation, proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and any additional documents or corrections requested—must be received within two weeks. Incomplete applications will be denied after the two-week period. Applicants whose applications are denied may reapply after six months.
